Welcome to Ironware! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the sale of construction equipment through our platform. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information
    Lezmin 3328 CC, trading as Ironware, is a registered company in South Africa, providing high-quality construction equipment to contractors, builders, DIY enthusiasts, and mines. Our website showcases a variety of construction equipment, including tamping rammers, TLBs, and other machinery, available for quotation upon request.
  2. Products
    Ironware offers construction equipment for sale, including but not limited to tamping rammers, TLBs, and spare parts. The descriptions, images, and specifications of the products are provided to ensure accuracy; however, Ironware reserves the right to change or update product offerings and details at any time without prior notice.
  3. Quotation and Order Process
    Orders are placed through the request of a quotation. To initiate the process, customers must submit a quotation request via the website or by contacting Ironware directly. Once the quotation is received, the customer may proceed by submitting a formal Purchase Order (PO). The order will only be processed upon receipt of the PO.
  4. Pricing and Payment
    All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Ironware reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Once a quotation is confirmed, the customer will receive an invoice. Orders will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Payments are accepted via secure methods, including bank transfer or other payment options indicated in the quotation.
  5. Orders and Acceptance
    Orders are only confirmed once Ironware receives the customer’s signed PO. Upon receipt, Ironware will process the order and prepare it for delivery. Ironware reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to instances where the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the payment method is declined.
  6. Delivery and Shipping
    Ironware strives to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the destination and the weight/size of the products ordered. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but these are not guaranteed. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. The risk of damage to the products passes to the customer upon dispatch. Ironware is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.
  7. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Returns are subject to a restocking/handling fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  8. Warranty and Maintenance
    Ironware provides a 1-year warranty on the products sold, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty claims will be handled as per the terms outlined in the product's warranty documentation. Maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts outside of warranty are the responsibility of the customer. For any inquiries about maintenance or repairs, please contact our support team.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Ironware is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damage to property resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety regulations.

  11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

    Ironware reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. By continuing to use the website after such updates, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
